From conversations I've seen with ZOS in the past, working with rival alliances/friends to get PvP achievements is actually not something they want/like. Whilst I doubt anything would come of it (or they'd be willing to enforce it vs so many people) they would probably rule it under the same ToS breach type as the AP farming.xMovingTarget wrote: »Get 10 friends on other alliance chars, ez achievement.

I say tough to get because I've only casually been in Cyro and never with a fully optimized pvp character (and I assume there are lots of others in the game in that situation as well). Follow your factions PUG/Zerg around and fight the rival PUG/Zerg when you can, should be able to kill some less experienced players this way. It's a shame they have achievements based on final blows because they don't really encourage group play, but alas it's what we have.

I did some pie flinging when the Jester's Festival was on the PTS. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any players to target in Cyrodiil so I had to use guards. I found that the pie has a fairly short range, similar to mudballs, and certainly a lot less than the Lethal Arrows my PvP Main fires. I also noticed that flinging a pie brings you out of stealth for a second or two.
I'm really looking forward to getting Empieror on some of my characters, even if I do have to change their build. It looks like it's going to be the most fun part of the festival by far.

Thanks for that... Can't believe I missed it.
Yea, I think I've got enough crowns saved but with the crown store ya just never know. But seriously, this is the only thing in the game that makes laugh every time I see it. Can't wait to get it!

✭✭✭✭✭I'm mainly looking forward to finally unlocking the Dawnwood Indrik - that's the one I've been wanting since they were first datamined and luckily I ended the TG/DB event with 12 tickets, so I'll be able to get it as soon as the event starts.
I might also pick up the baby version. I don't normally go for the pet versions of mounts (except a wolf cub) but I like this one and since I'm not that interested in the Cadwell's weapons or the gold indrik I won't have much else to do with event tickets for a while.
But I did also enjoy the Jester's Festival last year. I like festivals which include unique quests and activities rather than just an extra reward box tacked onto the same daily quests we have all year round. While I can see that this will be quite a bit of fun in Cyrodiil, I'm not looking forward to getting pied while doing crafting writs, shopping, or other routine tasks. But, at least there's no collectible, so people will run out of pie eventually.
Plus, getting covered in red/blue/yellow goo is better than mud!
Since I have all the old Jester's Festival items, I think I'm just going to do the quests once each day for the Stupendous Boxes and the event tickets. I was disappointed that they included the old runeboxes in the loot table for the Stupendous Boxes. It's unnecessary since they drop from the regular ones, and no one wants to get yet another cherry blossom branch instead of a Cadwell's weapon outfit page.5
