I'm newer to the game, so I have a noob question. The pie memento they are giving for the event that grants xp boost is unlimited usage correct? And does it stack with other xp scrolls, or meant to replace them?

Yes, eat as much as you want, and it does stack with other sources of XP bonus.1 -
Pyr0xyrecuprotite✭✭✭✭✭Note that the pie double xp bonus lasts for two hours. You can use this on all your toons - I recommend adding the memento to your quickslots during the event. Remember to eat pie again before the event ends - you still get double xp after the event ends if your pie is still on the two hour duration.
Double-xp mementos like the Pie will not stack with others of the same type (e.g. the cake from the upcoming anniversary event), but do stack with xp potions or scrolls. (Note that xp potions do not stack with xp scrolls - you can only have one of those active at a time).0 -
