I am quite sure you lease out your servers from third parties and have them maintain them but your service suffers greatly and it crushes a good gaming experience into the ground. I live in NA and while not on the east coast I am close enough. I almost never have ping rates below 120, Cyrodiil is a joke for most players, your entire infrastructure is garbage while you pump out reskinned ponies to sell in the crown store.
Like it or not THAT is legit criticism. I can't see me playing much longer in this, I returned after a 9 month leave hoping the game experience would improve, and 6 weeks later I am ready to leave again. Permanently. It's obvious you do NOT care about the player and ONLY your investors.

✭✭✭✭✭IF you have lots of addons, get rid of some or use the addon that let's you set up profiles for which addons run when.
I have a profile for pvp and one for trials. I select the profile I want to run and it reloads ui for me and good to go.
Since I've done that, I've be seen an improvement in performance both in trials and pvp.Beta tester November 20133 -
Digiman✭✭✭✭✭Akamai is adding to the ping, its DDoS protection service that is pretty terrible at routing traffic. If ZoS dropped Akamai they would attract new customers to this game because the lag wouldn't be so bad, but that would mean they would have to find another DDoS protection service or make one themselves.2 -

Tony Abbott mentioned the NBN to Rupert Murdoch so he complained it would compete with his foxtel service and wanted it gutted under the guise of cost saving. Which it wasn't as it costed more with their method.
