[BUG] Ice Comet and Mages Guild Passive

Not sure if its been reported already, but today I noticed that the Mages Guild Ultimate Ice Comet is increasing the opposite bar's max magicka instead of the bar its on. I'm not sure if it also happens with the base morph or there are other skills that behave the same way with the passive.
Ex.
Bar 1: [Puncturing Sweeps][Vampire Bane][Explosive Charge][Rally][Magelight] [ULT: Ice Comet] MAX MAG: 28596
Bar2: [Mutagen][Honor the Dead][Ritual of Retribution][Healing Springs][Inner Light] [ULT: Light's Champion] MAX MAG: 29026
In this case, Bar 2 is getting bonus magicka when it should be bar 1.
NOTE: This bug can only be seen when you have gear fully equipped, it does not seem to matter what sets are equipped; you can reproduce it 100% when all gear slots are populated. However, with neither weapons nor accessories equipped, the bug does not seem to occur.

✭This is a long-standing and well-known bug with the Magica Controller passive.
It is a very weird one, as I, for instance, have the bug most of the time (it's usually there after the first bar swap after logging in), but sometimes I havn't with no changes on my side.
However, it's just an UI bug, as damage and ward size increased due to the max magica increase happens on the right bar.no CP PvP PC/EU
