What actually procs Curse Eater?

Has anyone actually tested what abilities proc Curse Eater when the final changes went live? I haven't been able to find a list anywhere that goes beyond conjecture. Obviously BoL and Matriarch are direct heals, but what about things like power surge, siphoning strikes, entropy, or even dark exchange (doubtful about that one, but who knows)?

fastolfv_ESO✭✭✭✭✭its more broad than your thinking, have confirmed it procced from springs enchanted growth etc on my warden. In the end i dont think zenimax knows what direct heal means and theres a good chance the proc hasnt worked properly since its original design2 -

Ok, thanks for confirming springs and enchanted growth. Anyone else have abilities or sets they have confirmed proc curse eater? If we get some more responses I can start compiling a list. Confirmations of what does not proc it would also be helpful.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭it procs on every tic of rally / forward momentum
I use 2h on my magicks NB for forward momentum and run curse eater for as a sustain / cleanse set. the combination of that, cloak, and undo (even though its currently kind of broken) and shadow image make you pretty much impossible to lockdown or kill, I have to mess up something fierce to die.ESO player since beta.
