When a Swamp Troll throws a stone, the actual impact/knockdown does not occur until about half a second after the visual of the rock hits the player. A player can block the stone visibly hitting them, but if they release their block immediately after the stone "hits" them, it will still knock them down. A player will have to block the stone visibly hitting them and then wait approximately half a second for the impact/knockdown to occur. Sometimes it feels more like a full second for the impact to occur even after the stone has "hit" the player.
