Do they Stack?
If you have dual wield weapons with the same enchantment, do the effects stack if the enchantment activates at the same time? Say you have Reduce Armor Value by 100, would it stack to 200?
Also what about Armor Set stats? Would two Seducer (reduce cost of spells 3%) sets stack to 6%?
