Elsweyr Prologue Quest Requirements?

There's a rumor going around that in order to do the Prologue Quest March 25th and/or start Elsweyr in May that you have to finish your faction main story quest line and do CWC and Morrowind. Supposedly the Elsweyr quest line is more enriched and has better rewards. Is this true? If so, what exactly do we need to do? TIA

✭✭✭✭✭Considering that even Summerset's prologue quest didnt have that requirement, amd Summerset was theoretically Part 3 of the Daedric Wars arc after Morrowind and CWC, I'd be surprised if that were true.
