I understand that ZoS has made it official that they will not be giving us any OC servers but they haven't stated what they're going to do about the EXTRA 60-70 ping on top of the 250 ping we already had. It was bad enough before but we got used to it but with the 300+ ping the game is unplayable. Too many lag smikes, spells don't work 50% of the time, my light attacks turn into heavy attacks and I barely see red circles I'm supposed to roll out of or block before I die now. I can get used to learning mechanics, I can't - LITERALLY CAN'T get used to this. It is IMPOSSIBLE to complete any hard dungeon or trial now without suffering many deaths. I used to run vet trials no death but now I'm getting nuked left, right and center because I can't even see what's coming at me before my health hits 0.
Aside from the ping, performance issues have been surfacing quite frequently all over the game. Let me just say this (no intentional bragging) - my PC is a powerhouse, I can handle ANY game including MMORPG's at max settings without any issues. Heck, I could run 10+ games at once on max settings and my PC wouldn't even hiccup.
That being said, since the update, being in massive groups for PvP, trials etc, my framerate drops below 30. For a game that has been running for this many years and a huge company like Bethesda backing it, I'm extremely disappointing in the results we're seeing after each update. The game is now poorly optimized and makes everything what used to be easy an extremely difficult and frustrating task now. What exactly is going on with your developer team? <-- very serious question, I would actually like to know. A team of professionals that have been doing this for so many years causing huge issues like this post-update? What kind of testing do they actually do? If any at all?
There are so many people complaining about this all over the game, forums, reddit and practically anywhere else they can find suitable to throw up a post.
ZoS, your players and customers are pleading to you and have been for a very long time now. We need your help to solve this ongoing issue and would like to work with you to resolve it. We're giving you all the information you need, along with videos all over YouTube. Please don't ignore us any longer.
The difference between 230 to 350 is insane. It goes from slight but very manageable delays to skills just completely not firing, dying without warning and overall just being extremely frustrating experience. Last night I was getting 300 and was happy.... That's ludicrous. 5 years in you'd hope it'd be better not worse.

1. Some of the light attacks turn to 2 medium attacks and you lose any control for couple of seconds. It's like your character lags for a while and then bum 2 medium attacks and messed rotation;
2. Some of the lesser mobs get chain immunity.. previously it was like, you chain mob, he got close to you and then suddenly teleports back like never chained but now with cc immunity. Now it doesn't even pull near, it is simply standing their with cc immunity and laughing on you, though from second try it might be pulled when cc immunity ends.

I've been experiencing the same things on PC/NA. Last night, running dungeons with guildies was a total lag-fest. It makes LA weaving into a consistent rotation almost impossible.
I'm under the impression they're just going to continue shoveling garbage onto this dumpster fire until it's too late. Hopefully the new crate season will fix everything though! And when that never happens, then surely the necromancers and dragons will take care of it all, right?

Ironically games were much more reliable in the past, compared to half products game companies put out today.
Can't even imagine ppl playing with 250ping, if i go over 150 i shut the game down.
Here is a reference to the "performance improvements" from ESO Live "The Elder Scrolls Online - Season of the Dragon Post-Show":(watch minutes 26:33-28:01):

Glad to know something will finally be done about performance, even if it will take that long I'm happy to wait, as long as something is actually being done! What about the lag? They mentioned nothing about it so that really concerns me. If the lag sticks around, I'm out.
