Puncturing Sweeps/Jabs Doesn't Work When Turning

My puncturing sweeps queues indefinitely when I am turning (rotating camera) at full speed, until I reduce it. It is 100% reproducible and breaks my PVP play-style, as I loose either DPS or positioning.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Be Templar
    2. Push right (camera) stick all the way left or right
    3. Press whatever button you've got mapped to Puncturing Sweeps
    4. Observe the absence of Puncturing Sweeps.......for however long you like
    5. Release right stick
    6. Observe Puncturing Sweeps

    Just to reiterate, this is 100% reproducible.

    Just tried reproducing for you on Xbox EU - yeah thats what it does

    for confirmation ,its the camera stick you push left/right

    I find it odd other templars haven't got this issue dogging them. The issue is real and completely reproducible (easily), but it seems it doesn't have the impact to others it does to me. :s

    Perhaps it's my play style, but--and, especially in PVP--the fast melee range, strafing and tight rotating camera while e.g. spamming sweeps is key for both DPS and position.

    Just noticed yesterday at BRK. Immediately shelved my templar. Ps4 pro NA

    Meanwhile, any suggestions for an alternate spammable to replace Puncturing Sweeps? Was thinking Pulsar, but just doesn't reach sufficient DPS w/o the Aedric Spear passives..
