I keep hearing a male voice telling me that I'm sick and I should be the one to die when I'm killing things... what am I missing?

You probably contracted the virus that makes you either a vampire or werewolf...I'm not 100% sure of this since I havent run into this problem yet in ESO, however, Skyrim for example, you can walk into town and people will comment on how you look like youre sick.0

00Serval✭It's a Grahtwood quest that I forget the exact name of (I think it's "Phantom Guilt") where you've picked up a cursed amulet that will keep doing that until you complete (or abandon, I would presume) the quest.3 -
