New Patch 21 updated Alessian Order Armor

So the updated Alessian Order 5 piece set bonus is, "5 – Increases your Health Recovery by 1% of your sum total Physical and Spell Resistance."
What exactly does this mean? From how I read it you add your total physical and spell resistances together and find 1% and that is the total number of health recover you add. So if lets say you have 33000 physical and spell resistance each, you add them together (66000)l, find 1% (660) and that is your added health regen?
Am I reading this correctly or am I making an error somewhere. If I am correct this could make some interesting combos with Troll King and what not for PvP, not so much PvE.

✭✭Yeah it could be interesting in pvp. In pve you have to sacrifice too much to gain health recovery that even when maxed out heals for less than a rapid regeneration tick.
But in pvp especially with gold food and like you said troll kings, it could help keep you up.0 -

primarily because even though the resistances are capped at 33,000, players can still go over that number even though it will not provide added damage reduction (Save the added resists for the mitigation of some debuffs like minor and major fracture/breach.) it will increase the bonus recovery further.If you see me anywhere.
