[Bug] vMA: Control Guardian doesn't always display green safe zone beneath it

The Control Guardian does not always display the green safe zone beneath it. When this happens, the Control Guardian will just walk around and does not give any visual cue that it is dealing damage nor that there is a safe zone beneath it. For new players, if this were to happen they would not understand that the Control Guardian is attacking them and that they would be safe beneath it.
It happens about 50% of the time on PC/NA.
