I changed the name of a khajiit that got bollixed and I didn't realize it before I saved her. So now her name is right(er). No one else will get any changes at all.

And you can change gender as well.

Which is the only reason I did use one name change token.

I turned my Imperial NB Tank into an Argonian and my Dark Elf Warden Tank into a Nord.

I've no interest in changing any aspect of my characters, let alone their names.
