I mostly play solo and I often prefer to only use a single bar for casually enjoying solo Overland PvE content. The whole idea was to create something that would work nicely for my fresh level 50 alt, while it would not require endless farming of group or veteran content. Unless you have a lot of gold to spend, the build does require some crafting, namely Enchanting and Provisioning, but other crafting skills too, so that you can upgrade the quality of your items if you buy them green or blue. This build is something fully doable for a casual PvE soloer, I am a prime example of that. Perhaps someone else would find it effective and enjoyable enough too.
As for the name of the build, I chose something fitting my
Dunmer Magicka Pet Sorcerer character Danna of House Indoril. Her story is, that she was trained as Clockwork Apostle, however, she is not impartial to receiving a little assistance from the Dadric Prince Azura.
The Queen of Dawn and Dusk is one of the "good" Daedras afterall, what could go wrong, right? Right? What? Why are you giving me this funny look?
Needless to say, looks > stats, therefore, a full outfit in the Apostle style is to be considered an integral and vital part of the build too.

Please, note, that this is already an updated and upgraded version of the build, because I managed to upgrade all my armour pieces and the weapon to golden quality (yes, I am a hopeless hoarder, therefore I had enough Dreugh Wax, and yes, I do have a reasonably well trained crafter character). With purple gear, the stats used to be a tiny bit lower, especially Maximum Magicka. Not much, still over 50k Magicka, if I remember correctly.
CP
I am at nearly 500 Champion Points, however, I feel I should consider redistributing the CP available to me more effectively, as I am trying to get my damage output up. For now, I shall leave the CP distribution to the kind reader. I am probably going to invest mostly in Elemental (Shock) Damage, Magicka Recovery and such.
ATRIBUTES AND BIRTH SIGN
All Atribute points are in Magicka.
Birth Sign, or "Boon" -
The Mage (Increase Maximum Magicka)
PASSIVES
I would definitely recommend all class, Destruction Staff and Light Armour passives.
SKILL BAR
1 -
Shock Clench (Destruction Staff - Destructive Touch morph)
2 -
Blockade of Storms (Destruction Staff - Wall of Elements morph)
3 -
Mages' Wrath (Storm Calling - Mages' Fury morph)
4 -
Bound Aegis (Daedric Summoning - Bound Armour morph)
5 -
Twilight Matriarch (Daedric Summoning - Summon Winged Twilight morph)
U -
Power Overload (Storm Calling - Overload morph)
To fight groups of mobs I use the
Blockade of Storms (2450 Shock Damage per second), stun the mobs with the
Shock Clench (5533 Shock Damage, 6835 Shock Damage DoT, 5053 Shock Damage to nearby enemies), and I use the
Mages' Wrath (3527 Shock Damage, execute deals 12683 Shock Damage to target and 5062 Shock Damage to nearby enemies) to execute the mobs, while doing my best to remember to weave in
Light Attacks into the rotation. The
Twilight Matriarch adds to my DPS output (7018 Shock Damage) while it can also burst heal me and 1-2 allies (useful for dolmens, an occasional random normal, etc.) for 10630 HP. The
Bound Aegis increases my Magicka by 8% and gives me 1320 Spell Resistance and 1320 Physical Resistance while slotted.
The
Power Overload Ultimate deals nice damage (11392 Shock Damage on Light Attacks and 14415 Shock Damage on Heavy Attacks), working in nice synergy with my passives, apparel set bonuses and CP bonuses. Oh, and the visual effects look cool too!
I may consider squeezing an active Dark Magic skill into the build, due to missing out on the passives from that skill line now.
FOOD
Any of these three blue recipes:
Melon-Baked Parmesan Pork
Solitude Salmon-Millet Soup
Mistral Banana-Bunny Hash
Increase Max Health by 5395 and Max Magicka by 4936 for 1 hour.

The trait of all armour pieces is

Increase Maximum Magicka glyphs. Rings and necklace are
Arcane, with
Increase Magicka Recovery glyphs. All glyphs are Truly Superb with Kuta.
WEAPON SET
Lightning Staff of Willpower with the Precise trait:
2 items: Adds 1451 Maximum Magicka
The reasons for choosing the Willpower set were the 2 items bonus and the fact that it is sold cheap everywhere.
I am currently using golden armour and weapon, and purple Jewellery, however, I originally started with all purple gear, as it was easily obtainable. The Jewellery didn't need upgrading, as purple drops are not that uncommon at dolmens, which was very helpfull.
ATRIBUTES WITH PET AND FOOD BUFF ON
Maximum Magicka: 53150 (Recovery 1521)
Maximum Health: 17532 (Recovery 395)
Maximum Stamina: 11799 (Recovery 616)
Spell Damage: 1856
I am aware of the fact that the Maximum Health is not too high, but the idea is, that nothing can harm me if it is thoroughly fried by my shock magic fast enough.
Comments are very welcome, just, please, keep in mind that the whole idea is a very simple and very casual build aimed at people who cannot afford to or don't want to spend countless hours farming the BiS gear in group/veteran endgame content to even get started. You see, to get things going easily enough, as not everyone has all that fancy endgame gear and not everyone has already grinded all chapters/DLC's/Guilds/Undaunted to full completion to unlock all skills there to even get started. Nevertheless, one can always move on from here, right?
Perhaps it could be a challenge worthy of experienced players and build creators to come up with other such easy starter builds for more races, classes and roles? I am quite certain there is a hungry market for such builds among the more casual playerbase, perhaps put off by the requirements of the more sofisticated builds sometimes.
