UI offline since patch

I can get into the game, select character, load into town but my UI doesn’t know where I am, who I’m talking to (says ‘offline’ for all NPC names), doesn’t show any text to open inventory or anything like that. I also have no audio at all.
I’ve restarted my Xbox three times, reloaded into game, and still the issue is there.

ZOS_BilladminIf you experience an issue with NPC's showing as offline, we recommend you first completely close out of the game and make sure it is fully updated.
