Pulsar + Icy conjurer

I downloaded PS4 patch and this seems like a easy combo. you get AOE from pulsar and every 4 seconds the wraith procs I assume as the reduced health is a minor debuff

. It makes pulsar become single target and a AOE in a way. Seems fun to try. Haven't tried it but seems interesting.

pve it might work. but it has the downside of being super close range
