If you're joining via solo queue, you won't see teams of randoms working together in any effective manner until you have a bit higher mmr. If you play consistently for a few weeks, you will start to see the teamwork you're looking for. Even then, it won't happen in every match, but it is nice when it occurs.“There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.”1 -

✭✭✭✭✭People that know how to work as a team while they’re queued solo can usually only be found in the high MMR matches.
Even if you find one in a lower MMR match, odds are that person won’t be playing that way.
