Has something changed within the last week or so? I never had any issues what so ever, but the last couple of days Ive had frame rate and freezing issues. I checked my network and its working fine. Just curios if its something new and anyone else experiencing it?

If you are experiencing issues with ESO's performance on your Xbox One, you can try the following troubleshooting solutions:
RESTART THE GAME
To restart the game:
Press the Xbox button on your controller to return to the Home screen.
Press the Menu button on your controller and close the game.
Restart the game from the Home screen.
POWER CYCLE THE CONSOLE
To power cycle your Xbox One:
Press and hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for 10 seconds.
Unplug the console's power cable and wait for 10 seconds.
Plug the power cable back in and turn the console back on by pressing the Xbox button again.
UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL THE GAME
To uninstall a game on your Xbox One, follow the steps found here.
Once complete, you can reinstall the game from your library.
