Do console guild store changes include November PC patch for item quality bug?

PC incremental patch 4.2.8 - "Fixed an issue where selecting a specific quality in a Guild Store would return items with that quality and above."
Did not see that mentioned in the console Wrathstone patch notes. Did this issue finally get fixed?

It had been fixed on PC in November 2018, but as of Monday, March 11, 2019 was still a bug on Console. Hoping it was fixed with the Wrathstone patch and just not mentioned in the patch notes since it has been in the waiting for 4 months........

That might have been fixed but there is a bug with console trader search
