Hey I couldnt find a suggestions section on the forums so here I am putting this here. Ok now to the suggestion itself.

So currently in ESO you can type /lute and /flute then the game will randomly select a song it will play progressing to the next song and so on, I propose that the system be changed and we have the ability to select what song we want to play by a simple extension to the /command. Lets say you wanted to play the song "red diamond" you could type /Lute Red Diamond and your character will play that specific song and when the song ends your char returns to idle animation. The normal /Lute command would act exactly how it currently does as like an unending song shuffle, however adding these commands will mean that people could properly roleplay a bard character taking song requests rather then just playing something randomly.

Further more such a system could easily be monotized is Zenimax so wished by selling new song's on the Crown Store for a small price. The system could even be taken further by adding new purchasable instroments both main and supporting such as maraca's, Tamberine, diferent types of drums, Scitar's and so on. With such a broad array of instroments and the ability to pick specific song's people could sync up there characters to make a band, where as in the current system if someone starts playing the flute near your lute you could be playing completly diferent songs and just end up making an aweful raket.

If you have editions you would like to make to this suggestion, maybe instroments you personally would love to see or features that could be added to further extend this system feel free to leave them down in the comments bellow. Thankyou all for reading and have a nice day. x

"The red pill and its opposite, the blue pill, are a popular cultural meme, a metaphor representing the choice between:

Knowledge, freedom, uncertainty and the brutal truths of reality (red pill)
Security, happiness, beauty, and the blissful ignorance of illusion (blue pill)"

Insight to Agree to Awesome Ratio = 1:6.04:2.76 as of 1/25/2019

Compared to people that I've ignored = I am 18% more insightful, 20% less agreeable, and 88% more awesome.

While they're at it, it would be cool to allow syncing of players playing instruments, so you can make a little band while you wait for dolmens to pop :)

I wish they would add a music system akin to what they have in LOTRO. I used to have a lot of fun with that.

I personally prefer 5 or 6 different players each strumming the same instrument, making a cacophony of unpleasantness for everyone around :p

As someone who does quite like the musical features present in the game, with the bards and such, this would be quite a nice thing to have.

I don't often stay in inns so for me to listen to the characters singing would be quite nice. And let's be fair, our characters are still voiced by the same people (At least, I think so) who voiced the NPC's, so no extra voice recordings would be needed.
