Weird Border On Screen (PS4)

Has anyone else ever logged in and had their screen look like this? I logged out and when I logged back in it was gone. This is the second time I've had it happen.

It's been awhile, but I've had it happen. A reset usually fixes it.

This happened to me yesterday on Xbox One for the very first time. It got me out of the blue and I was kind of shocked when it suddenly appeared because I had no idea what was going on. I didn't change any options afaik, it was just there and made my screen shake. I thought it was some kind of improved "low HP" reaction but I am not sure about it as it was happening so accidentally.

So I sent in a ticket and the response I get back has instructions for PC, great, except I am on PS4!!! This is a perfect example of ZOS not listening and not caring. Thankfully this isn't a big deal, easily fixed by logging off and logging back in and kinda amusing but it's still concerning that they're not even reading the info they're getting.

Ya has happened on multiple occasions...it’s the low health warning stuck on for some reason at log in.

A quick /reloadui in chat box removes this feature....
