Player on murdering spree eluding/taking no damage from guards in Rawl'kha
There is a player slaughtering every npc in town, continuously, and the guards can't catch or even damage him. I have screenshots but I can find no way to send them in...ticking the "send screenshot" box does nothing and the ticket just submits anyway. How do I do this?

When you get the auto response email from ZOS, just attach your screen shots to it and respond with any other updates you need to add. Just so you know, the first ticket will not get a human to read it so you must respond to the email if you even hope to get a real person to see it.

✭It's not really clear what you mean there. Do the guards chase him but he escapes all the time or do the guards not react at all?
It's the easiest thing in the game to escape from a guard unless you get caught in a building etc. As far as you described, there's nothing wrong here.Edited by themaddaedra on March 11, 2019 9:00AMPC|EU16 -

✭Um, it's really not necessarily cheating. I have a Vampire Khajiit Magblade. My Dark Brotherhood, Thieves Guild and Ledgerdemain skills are maxed out. I am wearing Night Terror and Cowards gear. I can sneak almost as fast as I can run. My character will probably find mudcrabs a challenge BUT... I can pick guards pockets and kill npc's in front of them with impunity. When they arrest me, I choose to flee, run off and hit cloak ten times. With my large magika pool, this is not a problem. The guards lose interest after about 10seconds and 20 meters. It's not cheating, my character is Thief/DB focussed with the CP tree heavily focussed towards, stealth, mag regen and speed/treasure hunting. That's all this alt can do but it does it well

✭On a side note, my pickpocketing skill is high, so all my kills are pick, pick, stab, to maximize rewards, generally the third drop is the most valuable. That being said, if I see another thief watching, I'll pick and then stand aside so they can loot the npc too. I get quite irritated at the lazy amateurs that appear during this event and ninja one shot all the npc's, regardless of if anyone is obviously stalking them. The best loot tends to drop on the third pick and you kill them to reset the loot. The npc's are instanced, so it doesn't hurt to let someone else have a go. If you pick an npc once (tag him) then if he's killed, you can loot both last picks together. If your skill is low, go around a town that is being hit frequently (like what you're describing), tag as many npc's with one pick as you can and then go loot the bodies he leaves, at your leisure

I didn't say anything about cheating. My point is no other players can interact with the "killable" flagged npcs because they are all dead, continuously. He's not looting, pickpocketing, or anything, just racing through town mowing them down over and over simply because he can.
I realize there's no rule against being a prick, but there is against "disruptive behavior"4 -

There is nothing in his behavior that is against the rules; neither is that behavior anywhere close to being the "disruptive behavior" designated in the rules.
You are wrong, and simply salty because he isn't playing the game the way you want him to. Get over it.

✭Ah yes @Luftballoon I see what you mean. Yes, it is rather annoying, and there is more of this than usual with an event on. Some people were raised to be self-centered and it probably doesn't occur to them to be considerate of others in RL let alone in a game. If I see them making more than one circuit, enough to inconvenience me, I just port to another town.4 -

If you don't think he's cheating, then why are you trying to get him in trouble by submitting a ticket about him?

✭You can only kill NPCs that are not part of a quest. You can't go kill NPCs that give out Daily Quests or are the starting point for a quest. This game is flooded with useless NPCs that do absolutely nothing but take up memory....kill them please.3 -

The only interaction you can have with those NPCs is to either loot or kill them. It seems to me that you're upset because he stole your kill.2 -

✭There is a thieves guild passive that allows you a certain time period where the guards won't bother you and look the other way while you slaughter people
I highly doubt this player is doing anything sinister (beyond slaying NPCs that is).
Interactable NPCs are not murderable either and probably not an exploit so I don't see the issue.3 -

Well somebody sound the alarm! Really though, there is an achievement for slaughtering people. Also if the guards can't catch him, that's the guards problem. They should have wore medium armor sets and used their cp better. I'm pretty sure if the guards took one moment to look at viable speed builds, they wouldn't have this problem. I see this as a clear LTP issue on the side of the guards.
