BUG ! NB passive Magicka food is not working with Swallow soul!

Title says it.
The morph from strife (Swallow soul) isn't working with the passive of the same tree line Magicka food.
I've tested it many times and it doesn't receive the magicka bonus that it should receive.
I tested with other siphoning skills and it does work.
Please fix it !
