Sometimes the skill wont cast, it takes anything from 1-3s for it to be castable again, i can stand there spamming the skill and it wont cast. Happens atleast like once per hour and half the time it gets me killed. Another sorc in my guild has the same issue.

    I would suggest recording it. With Nvidia I can capture the last 5 minutes even if I was not actually recording. Of course I have to have it setup for that but once it is set it is always there.

    I would be surprised if consoles did not have something similar.

    Either way, Zos likely needs more information like what you were doing, etc.

    Its this bug that was "fixed" in the 4.3.3 patch on pts. Now you cant even tell when it happens because you dont get stuck in the animation, it just does not cast.
    Fixed an issue with Annulment and its morphs, and Conjured Ward and its morphs, where you could occasionally get stuck in the casting animations when using the abilities in quick succession with other abilities such as Block.
