✭✭✭✭✭Interestingly after 3+ years in cyrodil i only found this place last month! As did a few of my friends. I think the new bridge location as a direct line from Cropsford runs you into it.
1. I would 100% buy as a home but the queue / fast travel issues might be an issue for some
2. On PC is there a lorebook wedged under the desk you can't get? On Xbox there is and despite bugs being logged its never fixed!!Xbox One | EU | EP

MonarchMage✭✭✭In regards to your #2, yes I have been in the house on multiple characters where the book is bugged, but if I log out and back in while in the house, it's always been there for me after relog. Of course, that is PC/NA so idk if that helps.
