Clockwork Reliquiary drop rate

Does anyone know how high is the drop rate for this polymorph ? Cause i dropped 4 of these in last +-10 days, no joke...Did they rapidly increase the rate or am i just stupidly lucky ?
Iam an EU player...so Iam pretty used to suffering

    Did any others in your raid drop them? I don’t actually know if it’s 1 per raid or not?

    I cleared vas hm like 40 plus times and never got one, I'd say two thirds of the 16 people who ran it got one and one even got 2 drops.

    This was back when clock work was recently released

    I dont know about drop rates now
