Mace question ? ( Ignore resistance )

Each mace causes your attacks to ignore 10% of an enemy's physical resistance.
My question: If I debuff an enemy's physical resistance, does the mace or maces keep ignoring the debuffed resistance or the base resistance. Meaning the more resistance I debuff a players physical resistance the the less the maces ignore per attack ? Or does it keep calculating the players base resistance ?
So maces would not be bis if I'm debuffing there physical resistance I take it ?

✭✭✭✭✭10% penetration from mace is calculated from current resistances. So yes, debuffing your target will lower the benefit you receive from maces.5
