Is it possible to link wayshrines in chat?

I mostly play the game with my partner and everytime we have to move to another location I have to tell her the map (if we're changing maps), the wayshrine name and where abouts it in on the map so she can beam to it as well.

Is it possible to just link the wayshrine in to chat so she can click on it and beam there?

    nrever heard of such a function, so prob not no.

    I personally suggest you get some wayshrines on those chars, maybe have guildies port to them so you can port to the guildie, therefore getting many wayshrines fast.

    Grab like 4-5 / Zone, and yoou should be fine

    She can just right click on your name (in group menu or friends list) and choose "travel to player"... Much easier!

    I''m on PS4. Go onto the map where you are and there is an option to set a waypoint. I've found the more reliable way is to just invite the person to the group (if you are not in one) and travel to player in group.

    I know how to set a waypoint, but it isn't shared. That's what I was asking.

    Travel to player is basic understanding, setting player to leader and follow the crown likewise. But as far as I'm aware there is no group way point option - - I could be wrong and it would be funny after 4 years.

    I mean like, leader sets group waypoint all group members can see. Something like that?

    On pc you can shift click the map to put a group rally point on the map
    I think control click also puts a mark

    The rally point doesn't exist on console. Just checked. The option isn't in the ui that I can see. But I am old, and my eyes aren't what they used to be.

    Is it possible it works on console if you have an actual keyboard? As I recall /commands don't work from the on-screen keyboard, but work just fine from my Bluetooth connected keyboard.

    Your right the Rally Point is not on the console. Which it should be.

    So porting from Friends list or Group will put them at the Wayshrine closest to you.

    Now, a trick would be to group with you as leader. Then the Crown icon would serve as the Rally Point.

    If you are in a group or on friends list they can click you name and teleport to player to move straight to you without the need of a wayshrine.
    "Play how you want... unless its not how we intended you to play in which case we'll nerf it".

    You can use 'travel to player' while in group menu to go to the closest wayshrine to that person. Just means you have to wayshrine first and then ask them to 'travel to payer'.
