Co-GM can't log on since Sunday (another 319)

So I run a guild and my co-leader hasn't been able to log on since Sunday. Seems this has happened to at least one other on this forum. Every character presents a 319. All the usual diagnostics tricks were tried - repairing, reinstalling etc. They submitted a ticket and now it's Thursday and there's been 0 response from the CS Team. Personally I've had nothing but good experiences with CS having issues but this is getting ridiculous. I need my Co-GM back in game *today* for an important guild event tonight, but without any communication or aid it's really frustrating them and myself as well.

Assistance ASAP would be really appreciated at this point.

CS, please take note on this. I know both the player affected and their unfortunate absence is felt. From my understanding, All her characters were affected by this error until it was down to just one, ironically the one being her main. Then they got resolved for a day, when CS did some shuffling around for a separate ticket and everything broke all over again. The amount of time and money she's put into ESO, it is bordering on acceptable for how long she has been unable to log into the game.
