Force Pulse / Crystal Shards or Crystal Fragments
Liquid Lightning / Wall of Elements
    Clannfear (tanky) / Imp (damage)
    Matriarch
    - free spot - (Shield, CC, Daedric Prey for stronger enemies, whatever fits you best)
    Atronarch

Just a pet build. Matriarch heal keeps you alive and the DoTs + Pets do the rest. Can't get much easier than this.

Xy's builds aren't just centered on end game junk. They shine in ALL areas/level of play.

easy mode sorc full of trial and BoP gear with weapon and jewerly being hardest parts to get...

Easy mode sorc is pet sorc with Necro and Sorrow/Destro. Or just two craftable sets like Juli + TBS (Mage + Apprentice).
    Superior survival, very good damage.

Guys, he's level 30+. Sets don't matter for leveling. Almost nothing does as leveling is super easy. He can run a Sorc Pet build with any equipment he wants to and it would be quite easy to get to 50.

Pretty sure you haven't unlocked the Destruction Staff and the Mage's Guild Ultimate yet when you're just ~ 30. And for leveling you do not need Magelight.

You are just looking for a leveling build until you reach 50, right? Again, you won't find something easier and simpler without bar swapping than a Pet build on a Sorc. With Twilight & Clannfear/Imp you already have two slots you barely need to click. Atronarch is a great Ultimate (but might be too strong for normal overland mobs, can be replaced by Overload) and the rest of it is just some damage skills, most likely ground based AoEs.

you said that you want one bar while leveling, what do you plan on doing after 50? if you plan on playing the character seriously, i would recommend bite the bullet and learn skills and start using them, yes, with bar swap. you could just work without bar swap of course, you know, it is literally the same just instead of choosing dozen of skills you choose 6. what ultimate do you enjoy? do you want a spammable? do you want a shield? do you want the execute? i would probably go with something like with spammable:
    endless fury - spammable - crystal fragments - shield/matriach - buff (mage light, surge, boundless storm) - meteor/destro ult/atronach
    or without spammable:
    endless fury-buff-shield/matriach-monkey(violated familiar)-buff-ultimate
the options are of course endless, and i can think of changing it and using different things, but it really breaks down to what skills you want to use. i had a post full of which skills are good for what for mag sorcs. you can chose skills from there according to what you want.

I have carpal tunnel in my wrist and hands due to playing games like BDO and BNS and other games requires alot of keyboard movement :( but do want easy one bar with LESS bar swapping just to do general pve stuff EASY without hard complex rotation and also have learning difficulties

uh now that i know the cause it is easier to help, i would recommend then moving two buff skills to back bar (aka boundless storm and surge, reapplying them every half a minute should be more or less fine) and then use first option on front bar :D, i would actually dare say it is a relatively easier way to play, since you dont need active rotation all the time (particularly light attack spammable, with the spammable changing to endless fury at low hp), you can also try wapping crystal fragments for wall of elements, but it needs to be reapplied every 8 seconds to take the most out of it, should be easier in the end though

First leveling character? Forget about Builds right now. No need, your handicapped anyway by the game so you are way more powerful than you need to be. Instead take advantage of this buff to properly level your character so you can be deadly when it matters later on when you are not buffed by the level scaling. In other words, you can create a rotation that makes you think your all that and a biscuit because of the scaling buffs, then get a rude awakening come Champ Ranks when you are on your own.

In other words, right now if your wearing any gear, the mobs will die.

    1. Have one class skill on your bar at all times, swapping them out once the skill reaches Morph stage. Worry about your Morphs later.
    2. Have one weapon skill on your bar at all times, again until Morph stage
    3. Wear a mix of all 3 armor types so they all level about equally
    4. From L1 to L20, invest in attack skills and actives
    5. From L20 to L35 start investing in Passives and Support Skills
    6. From L35 to L50 start investing in Morphs (but only if all your class skills are at the Morph Stage), Passives and Crafting Skills
7 From CP10 to CP160 try out dropped sets to see which ones fit your playstyle, don't worry about traits right now, fill in passives and actives you may have missed
    8. Grind on Dolmens to level your Fighters Guild, or find the Lore Books to level Mages Guild
    9. Do some stealing to level Legerdemain, best source for money in the game
    10. Decon every piece of gear you get that you are not going to use immediately to level equipment crafting, no need to invest skills points until Champ Ranks.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Your goal should be to level all your class, destro and perhaps resto skills to morph by the time you hit 50 or shortly thereafter. Builds are meaningless at your level. Liquid Lighting, Blockade, Power surge and Lighting staff heavy attacks are more than enough for anything you will encounter while leveling. All can be put on your back bar. Cast them, swap to your front bar lighting staff, spam heavy attacks and repeat. This leaves your front bar open for slotting skills to level.

If you refuse to use two bars, a bad idea IMO, then you should make your back bar a turn in bar. Just fill it full of skills (one from each class and weapon line) and just swap to it when you turn in quests.

It applies to all characters. I have leveled 15 of them this way. Some by questing, some by grinding, some by puttering around.

Last time I started a new character without the benefit of CP I wore what dropped, had skills on the bar for leveling up the skill lines and skills. Not very complicated and I did not have an issue.

Ofc, I did have a skill or two that was useful for killing stuff. I also do not spend points on morphs unless really needed and that comes into play with stam morphs.
