BGs achievement runs while eating cheese 😂

Hi y’all! Looking for anyone who is interested in getting rarer BG achievements done (the ones that basically require all teams working together to a common goal instead of mindless slaughter - like chaos guardian or capture point guardian etc.).

I’ll be holding guild event this Thursday and we are looking to fill few more spots so we can set up for all 3 groups needed for BGs. I am open to setting up a start time based on availability of most involved, but ideally it will be either morning , early afternoon or late evening/night of EST. Server xbox NA.

No particular skill is required as this will be basically grinding BGs for those achievements:).

Pls lmk if anyone wants to join, we are still looking to fill 6 spots out of 12.

Shouldn't you want more than 12 people since you're more than likely not going to have all players in the same matches?

@Danksta not really. If all 3 groups que at the same time, they are qued as a group, so unless there is another group premade that qued for the same type of BGs, we will end up together. And while that can happen; I’d say chances are pretty low as most que for either random or death match, which we won’t.

@Banana I was thinking it will probably be pretty smooth cheeze...like Havarti? 😂

At first i thought you were putting together a team to get good / competitive at BGs which is ace.

But the comment around the enough for three teams part suggests you literally going to feed each other the achievements and grind it out / farm it. For real??

I have to ask why? Why would you want to get achievements like that that aren't particularly hard to get just by playing BGs. That's like farming emp to tick off the achievement. What's the point?

@Beardimus I have 3 toons that are overlords and have all toons emped. I have played PvP prob about 1600 hours, half of which is BGs. Over 2000 BG matches won. To say “deal damage to chaos ball holder” of 500k is easy achievement, after I dealt 3m damage in a single match, and still didn’t get it, is really annoying. The point is completing achievements that otherwise won’t get completed, unless ZOS nerfs it to the point they are attainable. And FYI, in update21, they are doing just that to healing achievement of chaos ball holder, nerfing it to 275k from 375k, after nerf last year from 500k. Obviously they are achievement meant to be achieved in proper way, but pugging BGs will not result a proper way of play. No matter what the goal, every pugged BG turns into mindless slaughter. And if you have a premade against 2 pugged groups, that’s even worse because it’s a targeted slaughter and pugs ended up discouraged to ever que again.

So I would say premaking 3 groups and not causing pugged groups headache and bad experience is a better deal than creating one ace group and overmatching other pugged groups.

Besides who are we really hurting doing that? No one. And I did put cheeze in the title specifically so it is visible that we are not looking to go around farming innocent pugs, but ourselves.

@stelegrega ok, so I did read it right..... I'm actually more suprised that you say you are a PvPer as that makes it even stranger an approach. The response I expected was 'but we are PvEers wanting to tick them off' as thats an excuse used for alot of weird behaviour in Cyrodiil - guilds trying to farm flip emp etc. which is the pinnacle PvP achivement yet folks want to devalue it.

Listen, each to their own - i'm in the camp that if I want an achivement I earn it, otherwise really what is the point of getting it? a tick box exercise that devalues having it / is hollow.

Everyone has their own motivations, but in this situation it just seems beyond odd as most serious BG players I know have all the cheevo's.

Why not just create a regular team, your own Pre-made, and nail the leaderboards and earn the achivements as intended, surely the satisfaction there is way greater, in particular a difficult goal, than in essence doing it in a very borderline way...

As I said we all have our own motivations, each to their own I guess.

Chaos Champion is the hardest achievement to get in BGs.

I've made several threads on it here and many who claimed to have it openly admitted it was boosted.

On Xbox NA I can count on one hand how many people I've seen with the achievement.

I've had Chaosball matches with 1+ million single target damage with focus on ball carriers alone, and I still didn't get the achievement. I don't think it's as cut and dry as the achievement says.

Chaos Guardian was a pain but I did somehow manage to get that one without boosting.

I would totally boost Chaos Champion but console is still waiting for the changes to come that lower the damage requirement. I'll hold off until then.

@Finder I agree, and if I knew easier ways to spread the word I would, but too many peeps are east coast in my guild and I’m way up north 😂

@brandonv516 yup. Dealt 2m damage in single match, still didn’t get it. I wish they’d keep it the same as for deathmatch, I got that one In literally one hour!

@Beardimus I think until ZOS splits Pugs que and Premade que into two separate ques, I’d never really que with just one premade, because I just think it’s not fair to other players. I’ve been on the other side of the table and it suuuucks.
