Twistedmind✭✭And if you don't trust the link.The cost for resetting depends on the number of skill points you have and comes out to about 100g per skill point. Each faction has its own locations for where you can reset your skills and attributes.
Aldmeri Dominion : Shrine to Stendarr in Elden Root, Grahtwood.
Attribute Reset : Shrine to Auriel, Elden Root
Ebonheart Pact : Shrine to Stuhn is in Mournhold, Deshaan.
Attribute Reset : Shrine to Kyne, Mournhold
Daggerfall Covenant : Shrine to Stendarr is in Wayrest, Stormhaven.
Attribute Reset : Shrine to Akatosh, Wayrest

Downsids is you have to reset every point you earnt making it pretty pricey.0

✭about 100 gold per skill pts. I spent ~3k i dont have to respec my lvl20 soc. had to farm the scamp non-stop for over an hour.
No fun, all just to change 2 morphs. Go figure.0 -

so either do your homework before spending point or be prepared to farm...but make sure you dont go to lower level zones as you jack *** loot from lower level mobs.0 -
JHoov714✭Yeah the vendor sell price is pretty ridiculous. They give you like 20g for selling them armor, but it costs 300g to buy basically the same thing. Thats worse than Gamestop lol.1
