As for perks, most likely these mounts are purely cosmetic like any other mount. At least crown showcase article doesn't say anything about it.1 -

✭Having it as a crown gem exclusive is pretty mean and takes the fun out of it imo. The bucket and broom were like a few crowns each in the store, so you were paying to lose, but not paying that much lol. If it's supposed to be silly and fun, then don't paywall it off from the majority of players. Unless of course it's going to be sold for around 5 crown gems, in which case I'll shut up...PC EU & NA8 -

✭If the broom and bucket were outfit styles I would actually use them. As it is, mine have been sitting in an alt's bag for 2 years.
These mounts sound fun and silly. Saving my crowns just in case. The fact that there is one of them gated behind gems is a major letdown though. That coupled with the Twitch nerf means they won't be available to most players, unless they gamble for gems. Could this be the reason for the discounted crates going on? Stock up on gems, people.
Only positive twist to this is if the mount costs indeed something like 5 or 10 gems.0
