Which dungeons from the last two DLCs are soloable on Normal?

Is there any mechanics in Wolfhunter and Wrathstone DLCs that prevent to do them solo? In the Dragon Bones DLC dungeons there are some limitations, as far as I recall.

    I soloed Malatar.

Couldn't solo Frostvault since the troll boss pins you to the ground and another player needs to bash the boss (I haven't found a way yet to resolved that - if possible).

Haven't tried to solo Wolfhunter's dungeons yet. I think you can solo March of Sacrifices but you can't solo Moonhunter Keep since the werewolf boss pins you to the ground too.

Doesn't Scavenging Maw grab the first player to find it and needs to be interrupted? Or there's a way to circumvent that mechanic?

I never got that mechanic on me. During the fight, I always remained behind crates range-attacking him, even when searching from him (quickly dodge roll back to cover). If bugged and not intended, I can't really tell.

Answer: No, both are soloable and a friend of mine has already soloed Frostvault on pts.

How your friend did with the pins-to-ground mechanics (werewolf boss in MHK and troll boss in FV)? You need two players there.

The encounter has been nerfed. The troll boss releases you now after a while. So it boils down to speccing tanky and beefy enough to survive that. That's how my friend did it. If you try to go as glass canon however you will ofc be seriously dissapointed...

Thank you, comrades, your councils are most welcome! Guess, I'll give a try after all, even though my character is close to what you call "glass cannon".

any specific message you would like to see on your tombstone(s) ? ;)

    tried it, didn't get far.

first boss ended me in nothing flat.

tankier player could probably do it, but i just don't have the patience with these 'clever' mechanics, anymore.

Agreed. Queuing as DPS for a specific dungeon takes forever. In fact I can't remember when I last queued for something specific and actually got it before my play time ran out. I tend to run dungeons I know I can solo and ask in guild chat if anyone wants to come along for a YOLO, any-role run. Sometimes someone comes, rarely three come along, mostly I do it alone.

I'll start buying DLC dungeons when they drop the mechanics that force group play, or when queuing as DPS takes a reasonable amount of time. Switches that must be pulled at the same time, bosses that pin you down until someone else interrupts, multi-bosses that must be taunted apart, quitting the queue after ticking 1-8 specific dungeons and waiting a half hour... I guess someone must be buying the DLC dungeons, but my guild rosters show very few are running them.

Together with creatures summoned, here lies the one who was bold and weared a beard. And this portrait, please.
