random queued to a non reset dungeon

today i q for random with my heal and i had to wait for 15-20 min and i used a exp scroll to get the extra xp and when i get into the dungeon all the bosses were dead and i am panalized 10 min for this and cant q for another dungeon .Even thought i did not do anything
whats with this ?
i dont know any dev to link here but someone plz look into this

✭✭My take is that someone left, they allowed a replacement and by the time you logged in the instance, it was done. Sucks, big time, but it happened before with me in both positions, joining the group, and clearing the dungeon.0
