Can someone tell me what i did wrong here?

I got a masterful jewelry crafting writ.
It said verbatum:
“Craft a Platinum Necklace with the following Properties:
•Quality:Legendary
•Trait: Robust
•Set: Daedric Trickery
• Progress: 0/1”

So i crafted a:
Necklace of Daedric Trickery, lvl 50, cp160, robust, legendary.

Now the mission objective still says it needs to be crafted and not turned in.... did i miss something or did i not craft it correctly?

I haven't done jewelry master writs, but the blacksmithing etc ones will accept CP 150 items. I've never tried CP 160 items, but I would assume it should work.

You might try a bug report.

No joke. As serious as a fart in an elevator.

These writs need to specify CP 150 if that's the case. Seriously they do.

It can be cp150, but it does not have to be. You can turn in cp160 items; they just cost more mats to make.

It just needs to be platinum, so no need for the extra CP.

Nope. It does not, nor is there any reason that it should. A cp160 item is made out of the same crafting material and meets the same criteria. And OP has already successfully turned in his CP160 item and reported so earlier in the thread.

It actually surprised me how many replies it took for this post to turn into a "Jewelry Master Writs are not worth it" post.

Why haven't the numbers been fixed yet? Jewelry Master Writs are complete garbage. Does ZOS have some kind of OCD about all MW having to be legendary?

i got a JC writ for like 36 and it was only epic not legendary so that one seems worth it.

Can't imagine making a legendary though. I don't do my writs ever single day and I'm not an adamant resource farmer, but i do them fairly often on my crafter and only just recently got enough to finally upgrade one piece of jewelry to gold.

It's not even close to worth it. Look at the price per Zircon Plating. Unless you really need writ vouchers and really hate having gold, it's a giant waste of resources.
