absolutely no help from zo$ support

Previousli i've made a post trying to find some info about grp finder issue but seems ppl couldn't understand that this can happen so i've created ticket 190225-002004 in game like week ago and didn't recieved even auto respond thus i realized there will be no help it's just gone.

Then i tried to create ticket via support site and couldn't login. After acoount recovery had a ticket 190227-001898 and at the end of short converstaion support was unable to help me login and just told "If you would like, you can also get back to me with the initial issue/s that you are having that you need to submit a ticket for. Once I get this information, I can escalate this ticket to the correct team for further investigation."

So ingame ticket system doesn't work for me, i can't ligin support site to create ticket either, official support won't help to recover support login and in addition as a solution they tell me every time i want to ask for help start explain every support guy my situation so they start my ticket manually. WTF

Next time ppl when any of @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom or any other @ZOS will tell how hard they work realize how they treat players playing from beta and 5-y eso+

    My experience in many years playing this game is that support is nothing short of brilliant here. And saying you're a paying customer means nothing, since I'm not a plus subscriber and support still helps me.

    First thing to do is be polite. Absolutely polite above all things. These guys are handling all kinds of poop thrown at their direction all day long. It's stressful and any polite ticket will be received as a change of pace to the staff.

    Judging by how you suppressed the subject of your complaint, I'm assuming you don't want us to know. Is it because you wrote a rude report or is it private? If it's because of rude, try again with a polite way. I'm definitely assuming this is the case because your whole post stinks like entitlement and rudeness. Remember there's a human reading your stuff. That's a very very basic thing.

    After being polite and VERY clear about your issue, I'm sure they'll help you further. Good luck, and have fun :)

    If you explain step by step exactly what is happening. Where the problem occurs and what needs to be done to reproduce it, you likely won't even need support. You can probably get the answer from the community. Be clear and precise and pretend we don't know anything about your situation.

    I love ZOS support. They're not always the fastest due to the sheer volume of support requests, but when they do respond, if you're not a complete tool about it they're super helpful in my experience.

    Rudely complain about support for an issue you do not describe as well as failing to clearly describe the actual problem with you had with support

    noone asked for help from this trash and greedy company, they just cant help cos they unable to do this with such cheep incompetent coders. this post for ppl who have a brain not a fanboys like you. you would wonder how long played players in strong guilds talking about zo$ and the *** that happens here.
    for newly started ppl: dont invest too much into this "game", zo$ need players money and they not support serious players.

    I’m almost certain your initial ticket is responded by a bot. It’s alwahs some copy and paste from a FAQ page that is of no help. If you politely say hey this isn’t helpful you’ll get a real person.

    Not trolling.

    In your other post you linked to you won't even tell people that are trying to help you the details of your issue. If support isn't getting back to you it's likely for the same reason, and the fact that you're not the most polite doesn't help you either.

    I started in beta and have never had an issue with support. TW, what is your purpose in posting this in the general forum instead of one of the various support forums?
