Completing Vet DLC dungeons. I really enjoy mechanic-heavy fights (hence my love for Dark Souls). I'm not a fan of the whole tank-and-spank gameplay where a tank just turns a boss around and everyone just spanks it until it dies. I enjoy engaging and challenging gameplay. Fights that force you to pay attention and learn from your mistakes. The harder the fight/mechanics the more rewarding the victory feels.

You beat me to it. That's pretty much my list too. Along with viewing houses to see if I can make up my mind which ones to buy eventually, and learning plans, blueprints, and praxises on my main crafter.
