Bombard, when you get it in the bow line, is a great skill for leveling.
Opening with a Snipe morph out of stealth is just plain fun. And if you don't one-shot your target, a second shot will surely finish them.
Steel Tornado and Endless Hail are the classic great AoEs of that kind of build.
Shrouded Daggers, when you can get it, is a great skill. Good enough to use on a single target, but hits 3, and is ranged.
Surprise Attack is a stable of stamblade builds. Sadly, using that morph deprives you of Concealed Weapon, which is a fun skill for sneaking.
Reapers Mark is way underrated for PvE trash fights. It gives you a huge heal in the middle of a fight when you need it.
The Siphoning ultimate (heal morph) is very strong.
There's now a healing morph of Cloak. I can't comment; it came along long after I leveled a stamblade.
Getting Vigor from PvP made me a lot happier with the survivability of my stamblade. Getting Caltrops nicely improved my damage. (Once you have Caltrops, Bombard is less important.)
Poison Injection is a great skill for boss fights. It's less relevant to leveling.
Obviously, Grim Focus (if that's the stamina morph) is key once you get it.
It makes sense to have Soul Harvest on your front bar and actually use the ultimate on your back bar, due to Soul Harvest's passive benefit, but other people will have other advice.
Leeching Strikes (if that's the stamina morph) is obviously a big deal.
