the master axes won't help u much if u don't have pvp experience. Also, u r going for bis gear right off the start. I suggest you first play something in heavy armor to learn a bit how to sustain during a fight, ur the bleed from the axes won't have the time to kill anything cuz u will be dead

So just from my experience. The alcast and dotzzsgameing builds are great they take into account allot of different things between race, class, and sets but offten times they are set up just for how they play. I would suggest that you take the build you like and make it your own. Go out and PvP for good long while and then worries about BiS gear.
I just skimmed through your stats. You have to littles health. Even in BG or CP PvP your health is not going to go up by 10K. Most DPS in PvP have around 22-25k health. This might make it easier for you to compete.

I agree. If you are just begining your pvp experience then I would also strongly suggest going into tankiness. Those builds are mostly designed for players who already trained their pvp skills. You haven't yet. Tanky build will give you more time for training as you won't be dying so quickly.
I would at least swap that Selene for Pirate Skeleton.
As for The Master's Greatsword from waht I see it increases your single target damage by 1500-9000. In BG and small scale pvp that will be usually 1,5-3k damage before mitigations. Against an average player who has 20k physical resistance that damage will be mitigated to around 0,5-1k. And this is in no CP environment. As you can see this isn't that much to make bigger difference than your own experience and skill. Ultimately you will want to have everything BiS but for now you can replace that master weapon with a weapon from Agility set or sth else.
When in doubt, use ESO Build Editor to see what effects changing a build will have on you:

TBH there is no "ready" builds that will make you better. I've seen and killed so many newbie "meta builds" users that it's hard to count, what matters the most is your skill.
How to improve your skills in PvP:
1. Accept death. At first you will die a lot and that's completely normal, all PvPers was there.
2. When you die, don't try to blame your killer for using broken mechanics etc. Instead think of what you could do different like using other skill? Roll dodge? Block? Should I chase him? Could I retreat eralier? Should I act more offensive?
3. Always try to predict your opponent moves. E.g. NBs when brought to execute range 99% of a time will cloak/roll dodge thats why you should get ready some counters on this occasion. DKs will flap wings, sorcs will try to streak away and so on.
4. When you are on siege weapon always be ready because someone may try to gank you.
5. Don't rely just on one defensive mechanic.
There are hundreds if not thousands of things like this you will learn. Don't rush with it, don't quit, analyze your gameplay, both the good and the bad decisions. Try to observe other players, you can learn a lot from your enemies. Ignore rage whisps, you need to keep your self ice cold.
Get a new guild focusing on pve. nDSA is very easy, you can do it with 4 dps.
Most important thing in pvp... join a good pvp guild. PvP in ESO is really bursty, coming from pve imagine the other teams like a vet dungeon. Don’t run in alone, stay with your group. Don’t get upset about dying.
Knowing when to be aggressive and when to hold back is important. When you see the other groups fighting and low health push hard, when you first engage head on head push hard. Use cc liberally, it’s different then pve in that way. If you’re 2 up against 4 run.
PvP promotes aggressive play. You win a lot within the first minute of a game. If you wipe a group they’ll usually stop fighting back and run from you the rest of the match. PvP is one third gear, one third the player, and one third psychology. That’s why guild tags/reputation is important, sometimes you win before seeing your opponent.
I remember in other games people would drop battlegrounds as soon as they saw us. Developing that kind of reputation leads to it continuing because they stop fighting back. If you win the psychological game then it’s just about farming them until the match is done.
