I would really like it if more adornments could be combined (lipstick and facical tattoos, scars and body tattoos, eyelashes and prophet eyes and beards and so on...). And if no adornments were locked due to sex or race (I mean, we already have Argonian skins for everybody, so why not Argonian feathers for everybody?). And if all clothes could be worn by all characters.PC EU.

That's actually within the realm of possibility with the power of makeupYeah, face paints "healing" scars are really silly.
Seriously though, separating makeup and markings and scars would be nice, just as they separated adornments and facial hair in the collections menu, even though they are the same slider in character creation.
