I have a tank that I use for a lot of content. Time Stop nerf doesn't effect me at all (Templar Tank) as I wasn't using it anyway.
1h nerf barely effected anything either, in terms of penetration and keeping uptime on the breach bonuses.
Could it perhaps, just perhaps, be that skilled DPS aren't hurt all that much by the minimal loss in efficiency from the 1h rune nerf?
I also have a magdps (again Templar) that has been my main lately, and am still hitting cap or slightly over-penetrating, even after the nerf.
