Game crashing on launch

While attempting to run the game from launcher, the game crashes without even a window opening leaving the below error log.
This is the second machine I have installed ESO onto and the third I have accessed my account from. The game is installed to a SSD, I have updated all windows software and attempted to run the launcher as administrator, restarted the computer and I have also repaired all game files, via the launcher.
I have also checked to ensure the game is listed in the applicable graphics card supported lists, run other new top end games like titanfall to check the system is operating correctly and checked my internet connection.
Help would be greatly appreciated, I would very much like to play this game the way it is supposed to be played with high quality textures and not 20FPS with everything set to low.

Windows 7, i7 2.80Ghz quadcore, 64bit OS, 32GB RAM, GTX 780M, 1 SSD for OS, 1 SSD for games and 1 HD for storage.

    Same problem here. Someone please take this thing seriously. We paid to play the game, not to test.

    Make a "MSInfo"

    Here are the necessary steps to create a MSInfo:
    How to run MSInfo32 on Windows XP:
    Click Start, then Run
    Type msinfo32 in the Run box, and click OK
    While viewing the System Summary node, go to File and select Export
    Save the MSINFO32 report as msinfo32.nfo on the desktop for easy access
    Please note that the file is very large, so it should not be copy/pasted into the contents of an e-mail.

    How to run MSinfo32 on Windows Vista, 7, and 8.
    Press Windows Key + R
    Type msinfo32 in the Search box, and click OK
    While viewing the System Summary node, go to File and select Export
    Save the MSINFO32 report as "msinfo32.nfo" on the desktop for easy access

    Now that the report has been generated, Post here or in a Support Ticket.

    Additionally, JasonL has made an article with a few quick fixes. I would give attention to the "UserSettings.txt" fix. Also, if its not present, you will need to create a new on in the correct folder.

    To everyone who might be experiencing this problem, I resolved it by updating my video card drivers. I hope this will help everyone else's problem with running the game.
