Where exactly in Chalman Keep can I find the lorebook called "Those Who Stood at Chalman Keep" ?
It's not in the spot the lorebooks addon insists it's supposed to be in. I checked both in Vivec and Sotha Sil, multiple times in case it clipped into terrain or something.
But uesep also claims it can be found at Chalman Keep so it should be somwhere there. I searched whole place but still wasn't able to find it.

    It is in the main base of the alliances near the banker/merchants. Fantastic example if how players create the lore with what we choose to do, like Lawrence said in his closing letter. Wonderful.

    I think they moved it not too long ago. I remember seeing a copy in a tent at one of the High Rock base camps recently.

    Idk what faction you play, but check either the table near grand warlord Zimmeron or behind the DC banker.

    It’s a pretty good read. You are totally right, for Ebonheart Pact players it’s at the North Gate by Zimmeron.

    Awwww!! I thought this was going to be one of those PvP stories about an epic defense of Chalman against a big yellow (or any other faction of course) zerg, hammering at the walls and doors, being repelled by heroic efforts!

    Alas.. Yup, it's at North Gate if you're red :)

    I'm not sure of the title, but I know there is A lorebook behind the back flag on the inner of Chalman Keep.

    Not there any more. Was moved several months ago. It is/was the book in question.

    So it's been removed from the keep itself, I see. And it's available at the DC homebase. Is there any way to get it while playing AD characer ?

    The name "Those who stood at Chalman" could easily be the title of poem by Alfred, Lord Tennyson .. something like "Charge of the Light Brigade":

    I just read it, and of course it was a BluexYellow fight, even though Chalman is a Red keep.

    The Pact got in there eventually, just biding their time apparently. :tongue:

    I think so, but I only know what’s in the book and the info from the wiki page on the book.

    Still terrible ending but goes to show the blues don’t go down easily (we never will) :smiley:

    Has the book been moved for non EP players? I was in Cyro about a month ago trying to get all the books on my AD char and the book was not in the pedestal. I thought it was just another case of Cyro books spawning under the surfaces (please fix this!!!) so I must have relogged 12 times. It simply was not there.

    Yeah, as it's been pointed out with patch notes, it seems to be available only in DC and EP homebases now.
    I searched both AD gates and it's not there unless it's super well hidden.

    While I haven't been able to find a copy of Those Who Stood at Chalman Keep within the AD area (I've searched both camps rather thoroughly, but haven't yet tried to explore the sweeping grounds of the temple complexes in case a copy was put there), there is a way to get the other three.

    If you group with a person who's able to access Norg-Tzel or is on the step where they need to commandeer the boat, the pilot will be present on the ship and you will be able to see him, interact with him, and travel to the island. You still can't teleport to them, because there's no wayshrine on the island, but you should still be able to access the island through that boat and get your books.

    The book “Those who Stood at Chalman Keep” is now available for Daggerfall and Aldmeri players in their respective Cyrodiil home keeps.

    From the newest pts update - most likely to go live together with Elsweyr chapter.

    I wonder if someone was lurking and saw my post or if the change was planned and simply took a bit of time.
    Either way, good.
