Some of the male ones could fit females great and vice versa.

Because women can put on fake beards?

But can fake beards put on women? Also what fake beards are you talking about? My orc's beard is 100% natural human hair!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S3gQyHem7cg I am sure they are enjoying their hormonal condition. Also "fab" is not the word I would choose to describe a swashbuckler on a lady. Or the word I would use to describe any hormonal condition whatsoever. But hey! Cosmetics! As for hirsutism, why not? I know plenty of women irl with quite fab moustaches. And one that can grow a beard. No problem here.

As seen above some women do embrace their swashbuckling side. And who are we to deny them that in ESO?

"Embrace". I believe what you mean is "learn to live with". Beacause at the end of the day hirsutism for women is a hormonal condition not a fashion trend. And maybe some people find a way to adapt this condition into their life but some others don't. What this is about is a fashion adornment in a video game not a justification for redefining social norms. But I am sure your female bearded character will raise a lot of awarness for people with hirsutism.
Personally I don't care what kind of cosmetic you can put on your character. And I would love to see every kind of adornment combination possible. But what I don't like is the use of strong words like "prejudice" and some people pretending that this is a social issue and play social justice warrior on a video game. Just treat it like it is and be real to others and yourselves.
I'm honestly torn on this: on the one hand I think it would be good to unlock all the styles for both genders to allow greater freedom in character creation, on the other hand I dread the freak show that this would turn Tamriel into (we already have our fair share of drag queens).
That said, I generally don't pay that much attention to other characters, unless I'm crafting or browsing shops/bank and somebody comes into my field of view
I don't think it would be much "worse". Personally I don't mind. I find most shiny armours and mounts lore breaking anyway so a few bearded women shouldn't be that bad really.
I want a fleshy cape with cape physics, since unlikely biological things are not a problem. And a slider for how many arms.
Maybe fake beards could work, but it's definitely not important enough to consider over other things.

Heh, way to hyperbolise that. Beards are much more common biologically than fleshy capes or extra arms. And you can wear fake ones.

I specifically mentioned wearing them. But there's lots more things are actually more common and not included, so you'd have a huge list to overcome till you get there, to the point it's quite unneeded.
I can also wear fake capes, here are those? They certainly are more common. And I'm sure many more would be interested in those.
I really don't mind either, and I agree that the flashier mounts (and the host of vampire going around in broad light, in my opinion) are a worse problem than the occasional moustache on an altmer lady's face
