Here's an idea. Keep the siege like this on all the servers except one.
Make that last one a zerg ball map. Because they're the ones dying to the siege. Not actual players who... You know- Can actually move out of the telegraph.

There's really no argument to it, it has so many visual cues to tell a player to move and if they don't they deserve to die.

5 just took a tower. Survived 3x oils on them. Apparently, it's doable

Use your own to take them out, or breach multiple walls. Taking theirs out isn't always easy but you can always attack the side doors of the keep as well and spread the defenders out.
