Can I vote for everyone but Darien and Mannimarco?

Naryu was one of my favorite NPCs in the EP story
I haven't finished the AD story but Raz is paws down the best NPC in it
Sheogorath is...Sheogorath. 'Nuf said
Cadwell is like a slightly less crazy, more friendly Sheogorath
I liked a lot of the NPCs in Wrothgar, especially Eveli. Hope we could see more of her somewhere
Maiq is delightfully bizarre
Stibbons was amusing
The Augor would not be my first choice, but was a pretty good, compelling character

I frankly see no reason to like Mannimarco
As for Darien? I haven't done the DC quests but I wasn't very impressed with him during the final questline.

Of the ones listed, I'll go with Raz.

Of ones not listed:

Lyris is both very admirable and very likeable. Her attempts at humor, however, fall a litttle flat.
Kireth Vanos is very high on my list.
Abner Tharn is hilarious, and adaptable. Of course, he's a basically a jerk.
It's tough to put Jakarn over Raz, since I'm a straight male fairly immune to his sex appeal. Others, however, might differ with me.
Gabrielle Benele is the ultimate nerd chick.
Melina Cassell may be my ultimate favorite, but she's probably disqualified by not actually appearing onscreen.
Count Veranis is shamefully underrated. That said, nobody can be my absolute favorite if they insist I accompany them on even one dream quest.
Similarly, Emeric isn't my absolute favorite either.
I hate Sheogorath. But it's hard not to like Haskell.
I love Ayrenn, and wish she had more screen time. That song about her also makes her sound great, but minstrels' songs should be regarded as authoriative. https://www.letras.mus.br/malukah/ode-to-queen-ayrenn/

I also liked the bumbling Telvanni mage from the northwestern city in Vvardenfell. I would like to see him make a return.

Definitely Darien. He’s the only character in the game that makes me sad there is no romance or marriage option with NPCs. Heck, even a fling where he leaves you broken-hearted at the end would be fun. 😍

*sigh* I miss old BioWare games. RIP Alistair, Anders, Cullen, Kaidan, Carth, Sky, Fenris, and many others. 😢

Probably one of the best "well written", unique base game Argonian NPC characters so far. Also, it is not exactly said that she dies or anything. After Shadowfen story and Main quest is done, she is simply gone. I was really hoping to see her back in Murkmire DLC.

ESO has so many well written characters, that it is a shame that ZOS sticks to so few of them. Like Raz for example. As charming as this NPC can be it is getting slightly boring to see him over & over again in almost all story DLC / Chapter content.

Augur of the obscure

My top three are Cadwell, The Augur and Naryu.

I love Sheogorath, however in ESO, heseem more childish than mad unlike in his other appearances. The only exception is the South Point questline in Grahtwood but even then that's borderline.
