Text Chat Colors - "Set All" and Hex Code Options

I'm typing this from a console perspective; PC may be able to do this already.

Under Options → Social → Chat Colors you can change the colors of each type of chat (e.g. Guild 1 Chat, Guild 1 Officer Chat). However, you must use a color circle to select the hue and a slider to select the darkness. Furthermore, you must re-select non-default colors for each character individually. Having the ability to set different colors for each guild and chat is supremely useful, but setting up each character individually is a time-consuming pain in the butt. Not only do you need to sign-onto each character, one after another, but you then have to approximate the correct color on the wheel + slider combination.

My suggestion is that ZOS implement two options:
1. Hex Color Code input box: Let people simply type in a hex color code for each chat color. This way we can select a specific color for each chat.
2. Apply to all Characters button: Let people hit a button, hit a confirmation, and have the color choices of one character be applied to all characters.

This would be a massive QOL improvement, with such a small change on ZOS's part. Please @ZOS_GinaBruno?

Yep. Small change but would be definite improvement for that system.

That would be nice, not something PC has, just the RGB options.

100 times agree. It is a pain in the ass even on PC
