Security, happiness, beauty, and the blissful ignorance of illusion (blue pill)"

"I bear the cruel weight of certainty. Total, absolute, relentless certainty. People rarely comprehend the luxury of doubt... the freedom that comes with indecision. I envy you."

Kidding, Mannimarco is awful (he does have good lines though! ) From those listed, I'd have to say Sir Cadwell, although I also love Raz, Naryu, Darien and the Augur!
Uncle Shero, no doubts. Iconic character of TES. Great voice acting, great background story, great dialogues and there are always great quests & easter eggs around mad god... If entire rpg content would had such a good quality like this related with Sherogorath then entire TES franchise would easly beat Witcher or at least it could compete with it as equal.
Well I was hesitating between Raz and Sir Cadwell, but beating Raz is pretty hard

— They always claim they’re “investigating” the causes, but in reality they’re just waiting until the PC EU players go to bed. Once that happens, you can suddenly log in again and they happily mark the issue as Fixed.
The other week I was watching a Harry Potter marathon, and at one point I heard Cadwell's "Hellllllllo!". I had forgotten that John Cleese also voiced Nearly Headless Nick in those movies.
After that, every time Dumbledore spoke it reminded me that Michael Gambon also voiced the Prophet.
Now the Harry Potter movies are a little more special just knowing that Cadwell and the Prophet are in the same movie
